This week's chat is with Audrey Coats! Audrey is a wife, soon-to-be-mother, and holistic health coach living in Denver, Colorado. In our conversation, Audrey opens up about her health journey, which kickstarted when she was in high school and doctors discovered a large tumor. From there, the Lord has led her through seasons of learning about women's hormones and minerals. Now, she walks alongside other women on the same path toward healing and wholeness. We discuss the tension of pursuing health and healing as a follower of Jesus living in a sinful world. Finally, Audrey shares about her miscarriage which she had in 2024. She shares about the grief that she and her husband experienced and how God met her in the midst of a traumatic time. (And praise God, Audrey is currently 27 weeks pregnant at the release of this episode!)
